Every Tuesday
Power yoga is a great way to energize the entire body. The first 30-40 minutes consist of different sun salutations and standing poses to warm up the muscles, followed by seated and supine asanas. In the end of the class there is shavasana. Every week the class is planned around a theme. Importance on the breath work and respecting as well as knowing one’s limits. The teacher will assist students throughout the class.
