Discovery and immersion in Flamenco dance by learning the basic styles of Flamenco such as flamenco tangos and bulerías, among others.
Technical warm-up of the feet and body, followed by a didactic approach to rhythm with palmas, body percussion, etc. and understanding the musical structure. Games and exercises to work on improvisation, the relationship to emotions and their transmission in flamenco.
Rosa Maria Fernandez is a dancer, choreographer and flamenco dance teacher with more than 12 years of experience. Trained in body and choreographic technique in Peru, Spagna (Andaluci and Madrid), Italy and Luxembourg. In 2007 she founded and directed the cultural association Arte y Flamenco – Spagnolo “Luci di Spagna” in Peru. Graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences and Law, Lima-Pèrou, she continues to do performances and projects as an independent flamenco dancer.
Passionate about dance and very energetic, she inspires strength and gives joy to her students, allowing the students to have the confidence to continue expressing themselves through a choreography that is created during each class. Through her teaching she is very concerned with providing a solid technique and developing a good sense of compás.
